Happy clients (and friends!) Lauren, Leon and Lug.  L3Q  (Well the Quinn for Q was not around for the photo-op.)

Exterior Cladding or Skate Ramp?

After working out the technique and pattern of the screws with the L3Q team we attached one entire side of the paperstone exterior cladding. Nice jet black color eh!? It is called “skateramp.” Each panel is attached to a vertical wood batton creating a rainscreen . Now that we’ve got it all set up and going, and time is almost up, our client Leon may finish up the other sides with his buddy Andrew.

“Drywall, Sheet Rock, Gypsum Board, Gyp Board, Wallboard, Plasterboard…”

The drywall gurus loaded it in and knocked it all out in a couple of days while we were working on the tar paper and exterior cladding. As they say… Blammo!

“Regular use of the palm-nailer leads to carpenter’s claw! (Carpenter’s Claw = Waking up in the morning with a clenched tight fist, which you can barely open up to hold a cup of coffee.)” — Nate Blammo!

The Palm-Nailer is pretty much a hand-sized-mini-jack-hammer. Try popping several hundred 16-penny nails with one of these guys. Vibrations tions tions tions, ouch.

“Insulation!”

Thankfully, we were not the ones putting up in the insulation. The building turned really really quiet after the fuzzy stuff went in.
